  • Painting: preparing, painting and helping with artistic or decorative elements of the festival
  • Wooden panels and materials: assembling, handling, carrying, setting up and taking down structures and installations
  • Physical work: moving tables, benches, equipment, materials and other heavy objects
  • Flexible shifts that can change with the project and rotate with other volunteers
  • Teamwork and adaptability: helping with different tasks beyond your first role when needed
With a proactive attitude, respect for safety instructions and teamwork rules, and flexibility, reliability and cooperation in an international volunteer team.
